Mcdonald's - ALBION

I will never come back here. I ordered like $45 dollars worth of food. They forgot my son’s cheeseburger and apple slices so I went back in and kindly told the young lady at the register. She walked over to the manager told her my problem. Hands me the apple slices and tells me they need my recipe for the cheeseburger so I walked out to my car got the recipe went back in and they still made me pay for another cheeseburger. The cheeseburger that should have been in my bag with my sons meal. That really erked my nerves especially being an ex manager to McDonald’s lol not the same McDonald’s but still. Do not go here. They charge like $2 more than any other McDonald’s in this area and the staff is rude af and VERY unprofessional smh Don’t waste your time. This place needs to be shut down or completely restaffed. Never is the food hot or the order correct. Asked for quarter pounder with cheese and a buttom bun, no seseme seeds and I got a burger with cheese in a container, no buns, nothing but burger with cheese sauce dumped over it. When I politely brought it back for the correct sandwich, the manager said it was my fault for asking for a bottom bun substitution, they've never heard that before so they just assumed I wanted a bowl with a patty in it. Stupidity at its finest. Never going back and trying to locate the actual owner to let him know why his parking lot is always empty. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
