Ambroisie - Albi

It's a noisy welcome to dessert! For the exceptional quality of the dishes offered, I must add listening to the requirements of the customers in terms of habit or special diet! A chicken-based butcher shop turns into salmon gravel because I had specified during the takeover that I was vegetarian pesco, at the entrance I was added a shell of Saint Jacques because a slice of chorizo was normally planned and I couldn't eat it! Savors whose associations are perfectly mastered, delicious and original desserts! The couple holding the restaurant is just adorable, full of humor, we feel good at home! Simply MERCI and above all don't change anything!

In our stay in the beautiful city of Albi, we enjoyed our lunch in Ambroisie: dishes with original flavors, soft white wine Gaillac for a nice taste experience, reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to book because the room has only 20 seats!

A very good address, very fine and delicious menu, the managers are adorable, in small care and always the small word that makes smile,... When at the price.. must tell us... Limit not expensive enough regarding the quality of the products..., We will return it with pleasure...
