Sun Kitchen - Albert Park

Great view and service, food presentation is beautiful but limited selection

Chose to take my partner here to celebrate her getting a new job, and it was a great experience! From the friendly waiting staff who helped take off our jackets and even helped to put our food on our bowls, to the amazing food and dessert choices, we had a fantastic evening. Will definitely be coming back during lunch time to try out the Yum Cha menu.

We went to Sun Kitchen for dinner as they were having 50% off their a la carte menu. Had there not been the discount, Sun Kitchen would be too expensive to go for a normal dinner and would have a to a special dinner only. We were greeted downstairs and told to go upstairs where an attendant will be waiting to take us to our table. We went upstairs and the staff upstairs had no idea what our table was or why we were sent upstairs. Food portions were very generous and we had left overs to take home. Food was tasty enough but I am not sure if it was that tasty to justify the full price. They has a menu which was a QR code that you had to scan then scroll up and down as well as across several webpages to order it was not the most friendly to use. Staff were efficient in bringing out dishes, topping up our water and clearing used plates. It was a pleasant experience but I am not sure if I would return at the full price menu prices.

Worth the visit but expensive. Great day time outlook over Albert Park Lake

Great food but extremely dated and poorly presented restaurant for what is an attempt at high end dining. No concept of high end service with online order and no description of dishes. Worst of all so called vegetarian food has meat and chicken stock.
