Wendy's - Albert Lea

Busy counter clerk was very friendly, efficient, and able to keep up. My chili was pretty much disappointing hard to find meat or beans. Pretty much all liquid. Ice Machine not working warm water or soda is yucky.

The guy behind the counter was new and flustered but the manager was calm and helped him through it. Looks like they employ the throw them in the deep end training technique and it showed. The other workers were just standing around chatting. The food was good though. Crispy fries.

I don't usually go to Wendy's because they don't offer vegetarian food, but stopped by for a strawberry shake. At this restaurant I was saw employees working at a fast pace and yet you could see they had concern for their customers. Sometimes you can just tell, and these workers seemed to care.

Only three people working there at the time. They charged me for the same combo twice, I did get the food for both combos, but I only wanted one combo. I think the people were new, maybe?

One of the best fast food restaurants I've visited in a long time! They really prioritize quick service, with no wait time for ordering, and the pick-up station is conveniently located right next to the register.
