If I could give negative stars, I would. I visited this restaurant last Saturday and had a terrible experience. I waited over 40 minutes for my order, which had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. The staff member at the drive-through kept opening the window and saying my order would be ready soon, but couldn't explain why it had been sitting for so long. Another staff member with a nose piercing told me there was nothing that could be done. When I spoke to a female staff member about the issue, she told me she had 4 people in training as an excuse. Eventually, the staff member with the piercing asked if I was going to leave. The mozzarella sticks I ordered were not cooked properly, so my entire meal was a waste. I called the number on the receipt to complain and requested the General Manager to contact me, but I have yet to hear back. The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, and the staff doesn't know how to handle food services.
