Amazing place. My grandfather came from casale. Remember it as a child. A true transformation. And I truly remember Casemiro himself.

If this restaurant wanted to be pretentious in their hospitality and presentation they certainly could... what we found was gourmet food that was meticulously prepared and an incredibly friendly staff. We spent around 90 euros for dinner, my husband and I both had 3 dishes. Each dish was amazing, I don't believe you can pick a bad dish. The waitress was incredibly kind and sweet, she took extra time with every customer and made the restaurant even more welcoming. I am pregnant and she gave me recommendations for other dishes to help me avoid the raw dishes. I had tomato soup, quail pasta with mushrooms and the best duck I have had in my entire life. My husband had a pork cheek dish, roe deer with beer root and also the quail pasta. Each dish was presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours on a relaxing dinner here, you will not regret it! At the end of the meal the waitress told us good night and I felt more like I was leaving a friends home than a restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone!

Wonderful location, inside an old village made of stones, now turned in a residence with spa (named borgo casale). We had a dinners, as part of the hotel package at a price of around 35 euros drinks. Delicious appetizer, with culaccia (a sort of parma ham). The rice with curry was the only weakness of the dinners, with almost no taste. The beef filet with vegetable was really good as well as the desert (sort of cheesecake and a glass of bavarese with a mint flavour). The selection of wines is impressive, tens and tens of possibilities. Good wines are in between 20 and 30 euros. Globally the dinners was really very romantics, outdoor, with candles on all the tables. Worth to be visited also as a separate restaurant. In this case with 2 dishes and a dessert or an appetizers the prices will cross 50 euros/person

Second time in this magical place, full of beauty and natural features. spa full of treatments and rooms all one different from the other, restaurant and dishes really cared for and minimal. Let's definitely go back!

As the title says is the best you can find throughout the valley, beautiful location with breathtaking panoramic views, intriguing menus and well structured wines. excellent service Christian compliments and mery
