Del Taco - Albany (New York)

We had both the fish tacos and shrimp tacos and they were great. Dropped it off with strawberry shakes. Highly recommended.

Great food, staff was just ok, not rude, just kind of not talking, left me standing there and told me they didn't have my online order, needless to say they did have it. Kind of frustrating, no apologies for making me stand there for 8 minutes. Experience was less than

First time here at this location and to a Del Taco in many years. Stopped by for the fish tacos, however they sold out. Got the shrimp tacos instead. Only 2 shrimp in a taco and way too much coleslaw. Not very hot. Was very disappointed in the Birria Quesadilla, not hot and not toasted fully. The Macho Queso Nachos were okay nothing spectacular. Expensive for the amount you got. I am sure if everything would have been fresh and hot it would have tasted great! It was busy so not much interaction with the order taker. Wasn't customer service oriented for us.

This Del Taco location has plenty of parking, and they also have parking spaces for larger vehicles. The mobile app can be glitchy at times, but it does make things easier with the ordering process and rewards. I rarely remember to scan my app prior to ordering in the store, and I've lost out on several points due to it. The mobile app automatically populates the points after ordering.The employees have always been generally friendly and helpful with a few minor exceptions throughout my visits to this location. The food is usually correct, fresh, and promptly given once it is completed. The lobby is is usually clean. There are times when they are very busy and cannot get to the lobby, but that is understandable. My only complaint is there is a constant sewer odor near and inside of the bathroom. Other than that, it is a great location to dine in.

The food was great and warm. I asked for a chicken burrito and got no chicken on it, I order a veggie burrito wirh no sour cream and there was sour cream : the food was great but it would be nice if my order was correct.
