Skyloft Ny - Albany

I feel that the management of the kitchen/tables is inadequate. they had server coming from the kitchen looking to eat where it goes (made kreise a couple of times.) your concept stinks. if they had 3 persons with orders, 1 person per two rows with an additional server per order to bring food and drink from the kitchen, it would have worked. they have a limited menu that is great for this type of sitting. they are all sitting at once, they must have the appropriate personal to take this off. dreadfully inefficient (I waited the tables and worked a bar.) I also looked at people beside me who ate the brisket sandwich, looked incredible, ordered one and had only melted the butter, not roasted and there was hardly any meat. it tasted great for the little one I could taste. could be a great food location with many other changes. the staff who waited for us was incredible and worked out his back. I felt bad for them that someone in a guide role has only set up this for them to fail and not for their fault - their. even if they take the time to make a reservation for dinner, it would be nice to sit in front of the crowd and not an hour after. it is a simple separate line for reservations of at least 6-7pm. that should not be difficult to fix. all around me complained for good reason....not good. I would recommend skyloft if changes are made.

Very deorganized to eat. I attended a concert in the skyloft, I had only the feeling that serving dinner before the show was not her cup tee. the half of the seats in the restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening, although 650 people participated in the concert. we had to wait a long time until we had to sit, order for a longer time and get an eternality to get the leak. eating was very average and the waiters would rarely remember where the teller or drinks went. the place is in a huge shopping center, many other good places with better service and eat. eat somewhere else in the shopping center and then go to the concert.

I thought the skyloft was nice. I personally thought they needed a little more on the menu. chicken finger, shady rings, other sandwiches next to the turquoise. I was there because I participated in the here come the mummies show. I thought they needed a little more organization in the show. the same waiter worked there, which was nice, but unfortunately I saw a few people just go and not pay. I also think if I wanted a beer, I would have been able to go to the bar and buy a beer to pay the bartender. that could save you some money. at least for their alcohol. but overall I enjoyed it. defiant enjoyed the show. thank you for having us.

The restaurant was not even quite close, but the service was initially painfully slow! to the luck eating was excellent so I will give them another try. get the grain!

I cannot recommend Skyloft restaurant because of one major flaw. I reserved my table for 4 for 7pm on Friday the 13th. In the afternoon, there was a phone call to confirm my reservation. The woman on the phone said, we have 400 people attending the concert, it would be better if you just ate in the venue to avoid the line. I asked if I still could eat in the restaurant and was told yes. I confirmed that I would like to keep my reservation. She abruptly hung up. I then called back and a man said, she told you the wrong information, yes you can eat in the restaurant. Imagine my surprise when at 6:05pm I received an email cancelling my reservation! I called immediately and my reservation was reinstated. Upon arrival, the restaurant was extremely quiet...hardly any tables occupied. Service and food were adequate. At the time of the bill, I spoke to the manager on duty who told me... No, your reservation was not cancelled. I showed him the email and he continued to argue and state.... no, we do not cancel reservations. Then why was my reservation reinstated when I called immediately to investigate?? I do NOT recommend this restaurant because of the rude manager and the issues with making reservations to an almost empty restaurant. My suggestion is eat at one of the many busy and less expensive restaurants downstairs.
