Prime At The Plaza - Albany

I ordered a tuna melt on rye bread. The bread was stale. The tuna salad tasted like nothing. Not going back there. Mazzone is living after an old reputation that doesn't exist anymore. I had a bad experience at 677, Aperitivo and Glenn Sanders Mansion. I'm done. I'm glad we have Yono's in Albany and other restaurants that serve casual tasty meals.

Fantastic vegetarian options and outstanding customer service! This is a regular stop for me, and it's been a delicious way to ease back into in-person work.

I often order their lunch salads, which are excellent. The atmosphere feels a bit sparse, likely a result of COVID, but they still offer some great options. Unfortunately, the last time I visited, they were out of decaf coffee.

The food is good, the staff is friendly, and prices are fair. I would appreciate a customer loyalty program.
