Pearl Street Diner - Albany

The breakfast menu is extensive and diverse, offering everything from sweet to savory options. We tried the scrambled eggs with sausage and pancakes drizzled with maple syrup, and everything was delicious. Of course, it all came with plenty of American coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Prices are very reasonable and not at all tourist trap levels. I definitely recommend giving it a try; it’s worth it!

Everything was excellent—definitely the best dinner on Pearl Street! The waitstaff were impressive, making sure our drinks were always filled and staying attentive, even though we weren't at their table. This demonstrates fantastic teamwork and effective management.

The best fried muffins with butter can be found in the Capital District! Be sure to try one the next time you have breakfast at the diner. The staff is friendly, and the home-cooked food is consistently delicious. It’s a hidden gem in Albany!

This is a true American diner. The owners walk around and wait on customers, talk to their customers, and engage their customers to the point of total satisfaction. The food was absolutely first rate and we wanted for nothing. I had the “hungry man breakfast” and it fit the bill to the letter. In closing, this is a very refreshing husband and wife success story; that’s an enjoyment to see.
