Papa Johns Pizza - Albany

The first time you eat johns at every papa. this location was clean, the staff was polite and efficient. but no fan of the pizza sauce I am sure is prefabricated and shipped instead of made in the shop. food: 4/5

Very efficient and prompt as well. The counter person was well spoken easy to understand. Pizza was very good and 3 people said that at different times from the same order. Thank you

It's been over 3yrs since I have ordered from there and it was a terrible experience. I called for pick up and told my total was 20$ . Ordered garlic knots or something and a small sausage pizza. Upon arriving and paying this lazy boy gave me what looked like a personal frozen pizza. Definitely was NOT fresh made. I complained and got a credit that I never used. Definitely need it so I can try the papadios?? How long is a credit good?

They are racist as hell they said they couldn't deliver to my neighborhood that's messed up that's really racist

The food was ordered for someone else and they had no complaints however, when I walked in there was an everyone must wear masks sign on the wall. All the customers in there at the time where wearing masks but the man behind the desk taking my order as well as the person preparing and packaging the pizzas were not. On top of it the man taking orders was coughing and not sanitizing or anything else. It was very off putting to be honest.
