Very tasty eating served hot. I had only the buffalo chicken pizza and garlic parm wing and they were the best around the staff were also very warm and friendly! I am a recurring customer and will definitely return

Absolute worst gluten free pizza I’ve ever had by a landslide. The crust was so thick and awful it was inedible and the cheese and sauce was tasteless. Don’t waste $16 on this pizza please. Wish I could give zero stars.

We have ordered from this restaurant several times last year and while the food is pretty good, it always seems to be missing something. We usually get the Buffalo wings, which are our favorite. However, on our recent orders, the tomato and swirl that we requested were not included in the packaging when we got home. Another time, we missed the blue cheese dressing on the side. I confirmed with the staff that the dressing should be included on the side on our most recent order, but when we got home, it was missing again. If they were able to consistently complete the orders correctly, we would give them a four-star rating. The food is good, but these small mistakes are really affecting our overall experience.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but after a recent experience, I will never order from this restaurant again. The staff was rude and offered no solutions beyond payment for my meal when their online ordering system had an issue. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of effort to accommodate or even apologize after wasting my time and money was unacceptable. Neither the manager nor the owner seemed willing to address and fix the problem, so I will not be wasting any more of my time here. I wish I could give zero stars. Save your money and go somewhere where your business is appreciated.

The owners and top management personally reached out to me to address the issues I had experienced. They were genuinely apologetic and are working diligently to prevent similar incidents in the future by providing training and problem-solving with their managers. I was able to get a refund and everything was resolved. I still love Pizza Bella at Westgate and will continue to be a loyal customer.
