Dave Buster's Albany

Had reservations, which were non existent. Was there to watch the wrestling event, even called in advance to make sure they showed it, they told me yes and in the end couldn’t show the event. Staff was nice but very clueless. Manager didn’t even try to correct mistake just shrugged shoulders and walked off. Won’t be be going back for anything sports or food related.

Worst service we ever had at a restaurant. Never came back to table when food came out we had plates all over from appetizers and empty glasses no drinks to eat our dinner with no napkins and dirty plates from appetizers everywhere. No bus boys or servers to retrieve dirty plates. Then finally comes back to table after making so.eone else bring food out and finally comes back to ask if we need drinks or anything obviously all our cups were empty nobody had napkins and dirty plates never collected. Never again first and last time. Also food is way over priced and apparently the cool dont know what medioum well is either as our burgers were bleedeing all over the bread.

The food menu has really been updated! I did my birthday there before Covid and the menu was much better this time!

Overall everyone had a good time but making a reservation made no difference They had no clue who I was or anything about it. They just told me to go to a table that was open

Kids had a great time! Great service. Very little wait for food. Food was delicious
