I started eating here 10yrs ago when my child was in PICU on a recommendation from a nurse. I was AMAZED at the flavor that came from this tiny restaurant! We have continued to eat here when we come to Albany and look forward to the food. I have read most of these mixed reviews, depending on 'you ', some will matter, some will not. We have only ever gotten food for takeout, not delivery. Given the limited space, takeout is a good option. They do not have a/c and it is HOT in the summer! The restaurant itself is not necessarily as clean as some might like... it 's kind of a hole in the wall (I don 't see a lot of this type of restaurant that aren 't). Some employees seem rude at times, possibly a cultural miscommunication? My food has NEVER been bad, tasted bad, made me sick, etc, etc... 10yrs, no complaints. In fact, we order extra egg rolls every time and just yesterday we had THE BEST General Tsao 's chicken and THE BEST Lo Mein we 've ever had from there! I have had better pork fried rice, but only in NYC.

I've ordered from this place twice a month for the past 3 years. Food always arrives timely. It's not restaurant food..it's fast food. It always tastes good..and I've had them forget things in the past as others have said. I've had them on 3 occasions forget the sauce for sweet n sour chicken...every time they have came back with my sauce. Not sure if it's because I'm a regular or because I was polite. We are all human..a $50 order you may forget something once in a while. I ask nice to make my meal complete and they happily deliver again. Give them a try before you read all the bad reviews..keep in mind only those who have so so reviews take the time to make a review. The rest of us get our food eat and go to bed. I happened to come across the reviews while looking for the number and wanted to make it clear. If you want restaurant food..go to a restaurant. If not get either Chinese..burger King or mc donalds. I'd take this place any time any day.

I love this place! It's really nice to have a rouxpour with the people who make your food. Plus me and my husband order so much they know me by name, and when we get pick-up orders it feels like no wait cause Lee ; the owner , engages with us. They get the food to your belly fresh and hot.

First time ordering from this place and first time using the BeyondMenu app to order online. Both great experiences. App worked great. Food was ready at time it said. Food was good and it was inexpensive. People at the counter were polite, food was packed up and ready to move, they gave me plasticware and sauces... All good things, no complaints.
