Xi have always thought of the allsups on the corner if 1st street white sands as our local corner market there was a couple who were usually there working they were very efficient friendly but the last few times that i went to get gas snacks about 10:30 pm and the store was locked up several customers were parked waiting thinking that maybe the employees were in the restroom or on break several other cars kept pulling up being disappointed upset as they drove off because there was no sign on the door anyplace notifying customers that they had in fact been closing early for some time apparently !!??? my opinion is that we would all be much more understanding instead of feeling irritated or upset if allsups could have at least had the decency to post a memo on door communicating with us as to what the issue rather then leaving us all in the dark about what hours they would be operating in the future so we would not have driven all the way out there for nothing a little consideration really does go a long way in running a business especially in this small town that many , many businesses ended up shutting down very disappionting)!! a district manager or someone really needs to get down here look into this matter thank you

I’ve been a customer of Allsups for over 30 years and never have I experienced such hateful treatment as I did this afternoon. Amanda treated me like garbage in front of a long line of customers. This happened on 3-13-2022 at 2:20pm.

All four Allsups stores are noncompliant with the ADA federal law as well as the Governors Commission on Disabilities law. Allsups Corporate headquarters is doing nothing to insure that handicapped customers have a clearly marked handicap parking space near the store entrance. They are noncompliant with installing vertical signs and stencil painting handicap symbols on the parking lot spaces. If you think that Corporate is concerned about the safety of handicapped persons, think again. They are no concerned and will tell you that the responsibility belongs to the regional manager. When you ask for the regional managers phone number to discuss it with them, Allsups Corporate will not provide you with that number. Please contact the Governor's Commission on Disabilities to express your concern for the welfare and safety of disabled persons that may be shopping at their Allsups stores. Otherwise, they will most likely do nothing to follow the federal and state laws concerning disabled customers. Shame on Allsups stores and their corporation!

I arrived on foot at Allsups around 3:25 AM, only to be told by a man outside that they were closed. There was a sign on the door indicating their operating hours, but I couldn’t read them clearly. Regardless, the sign prominently states that they are open 24 hours a day. As a pedestrian, I make it a point to verify such details to avoid wasting my time. It seems that Allsups doesn’t consider the challenges customers might encounter just to get there.
