We arrived at the KFC all the staff was wearing a hat except one not covering his hair serving food

I ordered a 12 peice family meal. The crispy chicken tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours. I didn't get the gravy with my mash potatoes. This is the worst $70 dollars I could have ever spent. This establishment should be EMBARRASSED to send out poor quality food. I will recommend for people to stay clear from this KFC and just save your money.

The food was as expected can't complain. The manager on wasn't fantastic to the other customers from what I saw.Incredibly cold in the dining room, even colder in the restrooms.

Order was not correct, chicken was so dried out. I threw my meal in the trash, stay away.

I normally don't write reviews for fast food. However this place stands out. It is clean, friendly service, and much better than average. Very organized for a fast food restaurant. On a Friday at dinner time with the Drive-thru very busy and a lot of customers inside my order came out in a timely fashion. I even requested if I could get chicken fresh from pressure cooker when it comes out she said yes. I asked the lady filling the orders her name she said Mrs. Brown I couldn't help noticing how efficient she was. She must have been one of the managers. Wow you don't see fast food employees like Mrs. Brown run a tight ship like this. Wish other food establishments would use her work ethics.
