Hooters - Alajuela

Was surprised to find hooters in costa rica! it is located in the city mall, only at the entrance, so it is very visible. so we went in without hesitation. we were disappointed by the wings, perhaps because we ask to separate the soße from the wings. the girls had a short dance around 19 clock, they were all very friendly profi.

The service was good but the food is much worse than when it first opened. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it came without sauce. When I asked for some they brought me sauce that was so watered down it disgusting

Standard Hooters food which is always yummy, but slow service. We were an English speaking group of 8 in C.R., but we had a translator with us. Wednesday night, not busy at all, should have been more attentive service imho. We'll come back next year I'm sure though.

The waiter was a pity. Didn't offer the executive meal. We asked for water and she totally forgot about it. Took us the bill without asking for it. No the service expected from Hooters. Quesadilla was great smoked wings not good . Tha fire alarm started making loud noice. So not a good lunch.

Melanie, this is an open letter to you. When you chose to proudly display your breasts at Hooters, you should've realized that you would fill the position of a server. We noticed it was warm, and asked for the air to be turned on.When we had to ask for our own drinks, we realized this choice may have been a bad one. You dropped off our food and never came back. When we were fully done, with our spent napkins on our plates, we continued to wait and finally asked for our tickets. Tickets, plural. So we had to wait until you got us three tickets. Once we paid, you came over, dropped off our cards and receipts in a pile and walked away. Hooters has never been known for their food, but the atmosphere and the hospitality it is known for. Your inattention has demonstrated to us that it would be in our best interest to go elsewhere. Management needs to instruct Melanie to meet the expectations of a Hooters restaurant so these travesties aren't repeated on follow up customers (but it was empty, so maybe everyone needs to learn).
