New York Pizza Plus - Alachua

This place serves the best Italian food and pizza I've ever had. The waitstaff is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable considering the exceptional quality of the food. Thank you!

Wow! If you haven't visited this place yet, you're missing out! If you find yourself in Alachua County, Florida, make sure to stop by for a bite to eat! Especially if you're a New Yorker who’s been complaining about the food in Florida—trust me, as someone from Queens, I get it! I tried the Chicken Francese and it was fantastic! I went with three friends, and you can see the pictures we took! Our waiter, Calvin, was excellent—quick and attentive! The service and food were both outstanding! My friends had the Chicken Marsala and pizza, and we had absolutely no complaints. If you're concerned about masks, the staff will wear them! The place was clean and had a delicious aroma. I can’t wait to return! I'm part of the Gainesville Food Truck and Restaurant community, and these guys definitely deserve a five-star review from us! Check out the pictures—your mouth will water! Great little place for authentic pizza and Italian. Only reason for 4 stars is the buffet was mainly non pizza items. But some might really like that they did have tons of other dishes. The atmosphere is quiet and classy, but prices were rather modest. Will definitely return.

The pizza was delicious!! So good. And we got garlic bread before that which was included. I loved that. Great atmosphere and wonderful service. The employees were very friendly. We love this place.

Had a wonderful meal this evening, Aidan was our server along with two others he was training and they were all very sweet and worked great together providing service and providing a good flowing meal. We actually came tonight due to the amazing reviews and I agree with all of the reviews regarding the staff and food. We will probably be back as we recently moved to the area :
