Bidrage med feedbackOkay so the food is great, and the ambience is nice. I liked it so much I wanted to return again.. BUT.... i was turned away TWICE by the staff. It says on Zomato they close at midnight on weekdays, that is also what the female waitress said to me verbally. “We close at 12 am”, I live nearby and visited the day after at 11:12 pm, I was turned away. “We are closed,” a male waiter said. Okay fine. They close 1 hour earlier... i can tolerate that. I went again the day after... 10:49 this time. Fully expecting to eat here. I was turned away AGAIN. This time, the restaurant is open, but the kitchen is closed. Why cant they just say they close at 10:30 pm? Why is it so hard? Why say we close at 12 am when you actually close at 10:30 pm? Im very confused and Ive travelled twice and got turned away twice. The food is good, i have to give them that. If the owners read this, please adjust your stated operating hours to what it actually is. Since many of your customers do not have time and will arrive 30 minutes before closing if they decide to eat at your restaurant.
Love the vibe of the place, really quiet on a Sunday. Wanted to have tried their signature draft on tap but too bad they were out. Went for the Pilsner Urquell, matched with Jamon Allioli. Both were legit. Really flavorful. With my 2nd round, I went for their Paella staple. Good for two, straightforward ingredients. Will definitely be back.
This is my ultimate favorite for spanish restaurants. Ambiance is great! Friendly staff, quality and delicious food and reasonable price! I love love love their pintxos — my favorite is their foie gras and jamon allioli! Must order their besugo (quite expensive but huge fish), paella, gambas, salpicao, chipirones, butifarra..... the best place to hangout if you want to get together with friends... they also serve the best sangria and gin tonic!
The Damage (no drinks): Php1,200-1,800 for two This eatery at the back of an unassuming building south of the CBD is the site of one of the more interesting tapas spots in the country. We liked the Foie Pintxo and Jamon Aioili Pintxo TRY: Bacalao Pintxo Foie Pintxo Jamon Aioili Pintxo Pollo al Ajillo OKAY: Butifarra Gambas al Ajillo Follow us at IG: eatsmorefun
Fantastic tapas and ambiance. It's hidden somewhere along the road entering Alabang Hills intersecting the West Service road and worth the find. What are you waiting for? iVamanos! iAndale to Bar Pintxos!
