Goldilocks

Filipino lutong bahay without breaking the bank. That’s why this fastfood/restaurant is our default choice when we’re at Festival Mall. It offers a variety of familiar Pinoy meals and dessert choices. I especially like the dinuguan!!

If you are craving for cheap and fast Filipino food, desserts (cakes, cookies, etc), and drinks (Sago't Gulaman), then Goldilocks will always be the place to be! I am a huge fan of their Pork BBQ, Vegetable Lumpia, and Lumpiang Shanghai. This branch in Festival Mall has many tables to accommodate you, your friends, your workmates, and/or your family.

The sotanghon pancit is a family favorite. Can’t find this anywhere else. There is free delivery if total is 5000 but anything less than that is 40 pesos delivery fee if we call thru their hotline. Online orders are charged 10% delivery fee from the total amount. We call to pick up our order because of that so it is just freshly cooked. There is a risk it might come at a later time because it is subject to the rider’s arrival time from previous orders. They probably should have more delivery men because of that fee or just make use of any food app.

Goldilocks was where I decided to eat on a rainy Saturday early lunch. The mall just opened and there were already a few customers in Goldilocks, unlike in other fast food chains nearby where there are no customers yet. I always found it hard to order here because I don't know where to fall in line. I ordered their combo meal with one piece chicken, rice, and sago't gulaman and I already got my food at the cashier after paying. Their golden chicken didn't seem to be fresh at that time. It seemed reheated but the taste is okay for me. I like ther sago't gulaman even though its quantity is very far from what's depicted in advertisements. I say that this meal is worth the price. Water and utensils are self service. They have a huge area and I hope they maintain the place's cleanliness and the staff's friendliness even though there are lots of customers since their area is in an entrance/exit for public vehicle terminal.

Lumpiang sariwa is always a yes yes for me here in goldilocks. Their place is big and very accessible if you just want to buy and go as they are located in rotonda area at the back of the mall. Their other stuffs like pulboron and popcorn is a very nice thing to import in other country for our kababayans there.
