Taco Bell - Akron

These guys always get my order right, even when I make substitutions as a vegetarian. They are incredibly friendly when I come to pick it up. They repeat my order (including the substitutions) at the speaker and always check to make sure everything is correct when I receive it. It may not sound like a big deal, but it really enhances the fast food experience.

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! The food is consistently fresh, and my order is always spot on. If there were ever an issue, I know the incredible staff would gladly fix it. This place is awesome!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was awful, and my order was incorrect. The staff members were not friendly at all. I won’t be returning, and I will advise my friends and family to avoid this place as well. I've consistently encountered issues with unprofessional staff and missing or incorrect orders during my visits.

I believe they undersell themselves. The interior is beautiful, but it's often closed to the public. The service is incredibly slow, possibly the slowest I've ever experienced. However, the food is generally satisfactory.

This restaurant needs to seriously reevaluate its management. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5:30 PM, only to find the doors locked when I arrived. I had to back up and wait in a long line of seven cars, with each customer taking an average of five minutes—or even longer—to get their order. Even after they placed their orders, they were asked to wait a minute, and I noticed they were serving only one car at a time. They are clearly trying to keep their “time” down by making everyone wait until the previous order is completed. This isn’t the efficiency you'd expect from a fast-food place; I could have seated myself and enjoyed a proper meal in the amount of time it took to receive my food. I hope the management takes these issues seriously. This Taco Bell really needs to be assessed again. I can honestly say that my visits to Taco Bell have decreased significantly because of this experience.
