Bidrage med feedback10 minutes before server acknowledged us and it took even longer for a glass of water. 90 minutes before the sushi landed on our table. Bathroom was dirty. Sushi was not even average. Not what the place used to be. I used to enjoy it, but this was the first time I had been back in a while. Won't be returning. If you're in the area hit up the Golden Dragon instead.
One waitress covered the small dining room and get here early if you want a seat at the sushi bar. Portions and rolls were creative. The chirasi was delicious and plentiful. Definitely will be back.
My wife loves their seafood salad and a few different rolls. It isn't fast but good sushi is worth the wait.Food: 5/5
While I thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance, I must express my disappointment regarding the additional charge for credit card payments. Penalizing customers for using a widely accepted form of payment is disheartening and detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience. I believe eliminating this unnecessary fee would greatly benefit both the restaurant and its customers.Paying by credit card offers convenience and security to customers, allowing us to track expenses, earn rewards, and avoid carrying large sums of cash. By removing the extra charge, you would demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and create a more seamless dining experience. Moreover, eliminating this fee would attract a larger customer base. In today's digital age, people heavily rely on credit and debit cards for transactions. Adapting to this trend is essential to ensure customers feel welcome and appreciated. It's crucial to keep up with evolving payment preferences to remain competitive in the dining industry. One alternative worth considering is slightly raising menu prices instead of implementing an additional charge for credit card payments. By incorporating the cost of credit card transactions into the overall pricing structure, the restaurant can provide a more transparent and seamless experience for customers. This approach ensures that all patrons, regardless of their preferred payment method, can enjoy the delicious cuisine without feeling burdened by extra fees. It also eliminates any potential confusion or frustration associated with separate charges for different payment options.Furthermore, I am concerned that the imposition of an additional charge for credit card payments may inadvertently affect the gratuity amount left by customers for the servers. In an attempt to recover the fee, some patrons might consider reducing the tip they leave, which could have unintended consequences for the hardworking staff who contribute to the overall dining experience. By removing the credit card charge and incorporating it into the menu prices, the restaurant can alleviate this concern and ensure that its valued servers continue to receive fair compensation for their exceptional service. This approach promotes a harmonious relationship between customers and staff, fostering an atmosphere of appreciation and satisfaction for all parties involved.I strongly urge you to reconsider this policy and prioritize customer convenience. By embracing the benefits of credit card payments and removing the extra charge, the overall dining experience can be enhanced, fostering lasting customer loyalty.
It too 30 minutes from when we sat to get our drinks. From then it got worse, it took over an hour to get our miso soup.By the time we got our sushi it had been an hour and forty five minutes and the restaurant was about to close. It seems like none of the other eight or so customers were getting served either. After all the waiting, the sushi we were served was not high quality. The sweet potato rolls were nothing like the sweet and crispy roll you’d expect. They tasted like they were made with unseasoned, frozen sweet potato fries. The California roll and spicy tuna were a bit better, but still not as good as what I’d expect from a sit good sushi restaurant. However, I will compliment them on the quality of the fish. The sashimi my friend ordered was very tasty, and the wasabi was also high quality.
