Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Akron

I'm really shocked that this place is still in business, I don't know how they pass the health code, I went about 1:00 clock they would assume that eating was fresh the huh taste as it was yesterday, the sides were completely cold, this place just has to be shut off. food: 1/5

Terrible service, slow. has not had any popeyes in a year due to long waiting times or no boiled product

They were out of several things, so my son settled down with fir nuggets and he loved them. the teig is excellent and nuggets were fried to perfection. food: 5/5

So we walk in there. No one has a hair net on yet everyone has long hair. No one is wearing gloves. Someone asked me after 15 mins of standing in an empty line if I wanted to order, I said yes but then the cashier proceeded to grab her phone and charger right after asking me that and came up to the front to have a seat. Phones hanging off people necks. Manager let the cashier leave and go the store, on company time, to grab a new phone charger. Had my order sitting in front of me for and additional 20mins even tho I asked 3 ppl if that was my food over there ready. They said yea but still didn’t bag it. Then had the nerve to have the wrong order in the bag with missing sides cold fries and cold biscuits… There was no type of order there. It was all chaos. I highly don’t recommend.

Shows the worst experience in an almost food restaurant. ordered online....consumed to see that they can't go. could be helpful to put this in the app, but I digress. after I sit in the drive through the line for like 10 min and not move. to get food I ordered online. I checked the reviews on this site....and got a refund immediately by the app and canceled my order. the part was easy. something is clearly wrong at this point.
