Service was prompt courteous the toppings were generously applied. It may not be the most amazing pizza you ever had, but it WILL DEFINITELY NOT DISSAPOINT.(And if you knew me, you'd realize that this is generally considered high marks coming from me

Hands-down the best Giannino‘s out of all of them! Great customer service, attention to detail and the best cooked pizza in the state.

I recently ordered from a great pizza place last Friday.

To start off, my son loves this location so much that everytime we come to Akron he wants pizza everyday that we're here (literally) I just placed a call to Matt who said he was the owner of this location. I was attempting to provide him with my correct information after he stated I wasn't in the system, however he provided very rude customer service by cutting me off and telling me he just wanted my order. The fact that my son loves this place so much is the only reason I'm upset bc I spend a lot of money everytime we're here and I've never been treated this way. Please find another location to spend your money at!!

Terrible experience for being a gioninos location. I grew up 5 minutes away from the original location in Tallmadge. This location has handwritten signs posted all over the place telling the customer what they can and can’t do? Really? Won’t be going back to this location and will be contacting corporate.
