Gionino's Pizzeria - Akron

Ordered my food. Was told there would be a 30 minute wait. I pull up 30 minutes later my pizza was done but my chicken wasn't. They had me sit for 6 minutes then park in the parking lot for 6 minutes. I drove around come back sat for another 6 minutes. They told me to go sit behind the building. I sat behind the building for another 6 minutes before just going up and getting a refund and them trying to hand me my pizza that had been sitting there for 30. Some odd minutes and the chicken do not go here. It's by far the worst gionino's in addition, I hope they did not steal from me. The receipt he gave me isn't even actually my receipt. It just says that my order was voided so if they took $30 I'll be I'm sure to take further action with the BBB and whoever else I need to.

Usually love the food. Ordered a pizza/chx/jo Jo special and we do because I am not a pizza fan. Enjoy the chicken and always love the dark meat. But was shorted thighs. Finally found one just barely bigger than a chicken wing. Very disappointed that I won’t agree to this dinner purchase again. What a disappointment when your expectation is shorted with no warning or explanation. Skin removed…that is the actual size of the thigh. Come on now….

We had the Mothers day special delivered last night. The pizza is great. Chicken and jojos are great. And this Cole slaw is among the best I've ever had!

Loved my experience at this location! Food exceeded my expectations and they even gave my dog a treat !

The pizza I got was nasty and disgusting but everything else was fine
