Donatos - Akron

Had a ham cheese sub, traditional wings with honey barbecue dipping sauce, founders pizza. Excellent food. Nice waitress. Didn’t have to wait long for food! Love Donatos!

Got the cauliflower crust and it was delicious and cooked to perfection. However I did a create your own and they left off toppings.

So good. my son and I are pizza. yes its expensive, but it is worth imo. the works are delic!

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. We put our order in at around 5:45 on July 4th. It was a larger order but they gave us a delivery time of 45 minutes. 3 HOURS later we still didn’t have our food. We called multiple times to find out where our food was and at one point they told us door dash had it because they were short staffed and our food would be there at 8:40. We called at 8:45 and still no food, the manager told us the food was still there and hadn’t EVEN BEEN PICKED UP! So clearly someone lied to us. The rude employees also hung up on us multiple times when we asked to speak to a mgr. definitely won’t be ordering from there ever again. If they were forthcoming in the beginning and said we are extremely short staffed so it’s going to be at least a 1.5 hour wait someone in our party would’ve happily gone and picked it up, but they lied the whole way through. Just awful customer service.

Sometimes you get great and amazing pizza. Other times it is so bland and gross. Also the cinnamon bread is allllwwwayyysss burnt.
