Menbou Honten - Ako

On Sunday, I went to Banshu Ako Station. I could go to nearby campsites by car, but it was my first time on the train. I arrived at the station a little late. In fact, there was a buckwheat shop of the eye, but unfortunately it was out of business hours. I searched a map where you can have lunch. It is the connection of oodles from a few shops. "Salt" is said to be Ako. I ordered the most basic "Ako Salt Ramen (650 yen)" because it seems to be a sign menu at the shop. The customer was only me until I left the shop. This time is a hall and a kitchen. The hall is very nice and salty. Well, it's like this. Ramen arrives in no way. It is transparent that the soup looks like the bottom. Very beautiful. So it is from soup. Basically, I think it is a taste that is not delicious. However, it's pretty good. The taste of salt is too much, so I can not feel the taste of the soup. I think that salty is different in the amount of preparation. Salt ramen is difficult. Noodles are small. It’s a little soft to me. I checked it later, and I was told. I didn’t hear the staff. It was a relatively high rating on the internet, but it was because there were few店 around it. I felt a little disappointed and headed to work. byCKCKSTER10

牡蠣唐揚げラーメンとチャーシュー丼をいただきました。牡蠣の唐揚げは今まで聞いたことがなかったので、興味本位で頼んでみました。牡蠣の味は非常に濃厚で美味しかったです。サイズも大きめで良いと思います。唐揚げにしていることの良さはあまり感じませんでしたが、表面はパリッとしていて、スープが浸み込むまでは食感を楽しめるのかな、という印象でした。ラーメン自体はありふれた味で、特に印象に残ることもなく、可もなく不可もなくという感じです。チャーシュー丼も特に特筆すべき点はなく、ご飯の上にチャーシューが乗っているだけなので普通かなと思います。拘っているお店と比較してはいけませんが、牡蠣を食べたい方には行く価値があると思います。

We stopped here on our way back to Osaka. They were helpful in preparing food without pork most of the items on the menu comes with pork. I must salute their willingness to prepare us food to cater for our dietary restrictions.

牡蠣ラーメンが食べてみたい！という友人に同行し、台湾ラーメン大盛りを注文。（牡蠣ラーメンの方は牡蠣大盛り） 麺は悪くないけど至って普通。 大盛りに関しては…以前ラーメン二郎を食べてから基準が大きくずれてしまっているので、普通の量にしか感じられず（笑） スープは本場の台湾ラーメンのテイストを日本人向けに思いっきり薄めたような感じであまり特徴的ではないし、辛さもほんのり程度で個性は感じられず名前負けしてる印象。 途中で牡蠣ラーメンのスープを試飲させてもらったが…何故ここに牡蠣の味を追加する？？？みたいな違和感。 友人曰く「磯臭くてそのままは無理」と色々投入して味変させ、どうにかこうにか完食してました。 普通のラーメンを食べていないので総合的な感想は言えませんが、リピートは無いですね。

ロースカツカレーを注文しました。 ロースカツが美味しかったです。 これならカツ単品でやっていける！と思いましたが、ココはカレー屋さんではありませんでした 笑 カレーは普通。 サービス？で味噌汁を付けてもらいましたが、この味噌汁が具沢山で良かった。
