Bidrage med feedbackNormal subway as usual but with unusually rude staff. Placed an order through app, it said order will be ready by 5:10 pm I arrived at the store at 5:22. Order was not ready. Upon asking the staff on counter said store is running busy and I am alone .It was said so rudely that I would have left the store and never came back if I would have come for in store order. Probablythey are understaffed but that 's not customer 's fault. Same thing could be conveyed politely. Never going back to this store.
My husband ordered my sub from Uber Eatw for pickup. When I began to eat it there was not enough mayonnaise. In the instructions I asked for extra mayo amung other things and I couldn?t even taste the mayo. I called and complained and barely got an I?msorry. Didn?t even offer anything such remaking it the way I asked or a free sub ????????. Whoever made my sub needs to learnhow to follow the instructions that people put on the Uber Eats app when ordering
Fun times at subway. Cool manager who helped us. Looked like she was training an employee at the same time. No ice at the time, but that gave me a good excuse to get chocolate milk instead of fountain pop..
I really feel ashamed in front of other customers. When one of the subway staff member said Don't come in.. In a hate speech(rudely). What does it mean? We are here to buy something. Not to be insulted in front of others. I really request themanager to ask your team to speak politely. I know she is busy but she can explain in other way. I really feel bad man.
This is by far the best subway I’ve been too. The staff are very friendly to me and my mom. We usually come here when we don’t have time to make food after a long day. They never disappoint us because they make our chicken teriyaki 6 inch perfectly. When you tell the people what to put and what not too they actually listen. One dude also gave me a free cookie shout out to him
