La Sani Grill Ajax

Miss gill was the sweetest and the most polite person i ever met at the restaurant. Me my buds love this restaurant but never had a experience like we had on August 31st 2020 night. Kudos to miss gill she deserve a raise for being So kind and nice.

Unfortunately this place deserves all its 1 star reviews. Have had only mediocre experiences here. Today placed a phone order for kebab rolls. Gave us chicken kebab rolls and insisted we said chicken...(I didn’t even know they made chicken kebab rolls- definitely did not ask for chicken... . Anyway, instead of offering to replace them or discount or even an apology, just said “don’t worry you’ll enjoy it”. Verdict: the chicken kebab roll is not good. Was somehow even worse than their service. Won’t ever order from here again. Do not recommend.

My husband wanted to take me out on a surprise dinner date and he took me here. We waited for a table for over 5 minutes and there was only one other party in the whole restaurant. They assigned us to a table and we waited 15 minutes and no one came to greet us or give us a menu. We got extremely fed up with waiting for over 20 minutes and we left. There was another party waiting at the front for a table and no one helped them either. I am unsure why they were not waiting anyone and why they don't care about their customers. As we were waiting we were also observing the place and the glass doors were dirty and there were hand prints and grease marks all over the walls. During these COVID times, you would think the place would be spotless but this was not the case... and other reviews agree with me. What a beautiful location... its a shame there is no pride in ownership. We got super grossed out at the dirtiness and frustrated with waiting, we left.

Expensive but quality food. Be ready to be served everything in one go because They usually have 1 person as a waiter and place isn't self served. I will advise to order items one by one.

Awesome Food, Went to Ajax location and bought Fish Pakora, Chicken Biryani and Garlic Naan, My son(5 yrs loves the food, Nice staff, fast service, Will visit again : :
