Firehouse Subs - Ajax

My husband and I stopped at this restaurant for a quick late lunch and we were happy we did. It was our first time dining here. We decided to order the half and half option and added chilis to our half subs. The portions were perfect for lunch. We found out that drinks were not included with the meal, but that was fine. My husband ordered the Italian sub and he loved it, while I chose the Hook and Ladder sub which was also delicious. We both really enjoyed the heat and flavor of the chili, although we thought it could have been hotter in terms of temperature. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely consider Firehouse as a fast food option in the future.

My Husband I like sub sandwiches, these guys bring it to a whole new level. Awesome, fresh, very good service. Always great! We make it a point to get a sub here when we come to visit with relatives.

I first visited a Firehouse Subs in the US. When I saw it was sitting in Ajax, I talked the family into going. Even tho, they are a little more pricey then those other sub places, it is well worth the money. We have a few sub shops in the area here in Scarborough, but I would rather take the drive to Ajax and pick up a quality sub. As for the restaurant, it is clean, and the staff here friendly and fast. Definitely recommend Firehouse Subs.
