Subway - Airmont

I went there to get a tuna sandwich, and this black man started showing me when I just asked him to clean the knife as I don't eat pork and he refused. I was very polite and respectful, but his attitude (for no reason). come on, man you have to respect your customers, I know you don't own it, but you'll be paid for providing customer service

I went to this place because I got a voucher in the post and I wanted to try it out. as soon as a show the Asian dame (manager) the voucher will change their whole setting. I asked about the Italian criminal and cheese bread and she told me they didn't have the bread available, and it will take 10 minutes until the bread is completely boiled. after 5 minutes another customer came in and asked about the same brot and she gave it to her! When she was finished with the customer, she said to me, “You want that brot right? “That’s not right, I feel discriminated and beyond, while serving my food, she had a attitude. do not recommend this place!

I celebrated my nomination tonight at this fantastic restaurant. We had a wonderful evening and the restaurant definitely played a big part in it. The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and my friends were very pleased. We will definitely be coming back for more special occasions. Thank you.

I visited this restaurant after receiving a coupon in the mail and wanted to give them a try. However, when I showed the coupon to the Asian lady (who appeared to be the manager), her attitude completely changed. I requested the Italian herb and cheese bread, but was told it was not available at the moment and would take 10 minutes to cook. However, after only 5 minutes, another customer came in and was given the bread I had asked for. When the manager finished serving that customer, she then asked if I still wanted the bread. I felt discriminated against and on top of that, she had a negative attitude while serving my food. I do not recommend this place.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and well-prepared, with excellent customer service from the staff. I appreciate the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant. I highly recommend dining here.
