Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

Everyone who knows me and Jason Willis knows we never talk about the service we get because everyone has off days, we work with the public so we know that very well. But this younger kid right here did absolutely nothing but makes us smile and laugh the whole time he took our order! We thought with his facial expression he had on his face when we walked in ment we were about to hate this experience but he definitely proved us wrong ! While waiting for our food he had to go out a big bucket up which he held while taking our order then a customer walked in as soon as he saw her he gave her an amazing greeting while walking to her to get her order a employee who we believe is a manger due to her wearing a red shirt was rude and yelled at him and said Calvin is everything important or are our customers ! Now coming from working in fast food before yes it fast pace but not too fast to where you should be rude to other employees and put them down as they are trying and even keeping smiles on their face ! This guy right here is going places ! I am sure glad me and Jason got to meet him tonight ! I mean everyone who came through his line he made smile and laugh! It was great to meet someone that wasn't their just for there paycheck but for the customer service as well! So we wanted to thank Calvin for an amazing I mean amazing customer service !i posted this on my fb with a picture

I had visited the drive thru 3 months ago. When I got home I discovered that the double cheeseburger i ordered was missing. I kept the receipt as I planned on going back to claim one at a later date. Today I did just that,,,, everyone was sorry and very nice about this happening. I must add, this replacement was prepared with perfect care and tasted wonderful! I appreciate the over the top service that was given to me. Kudos to ALL.

I just got food from this particular Wendy's. So fresh the bun was wet and soggy. Absolutely the best burger I've had all month. They are not the fastest fast food place, but they make the best fast food. Much better than the Wendy's across from the old jail in Augusta. This place is great, it's the only one I stop at.
