Bidrage med feedbackMonday, Nov. 28th 9pm, drove up, asked for a 20 piece. Girl on mic said A 20 Piece! Slight pause, comes back on mic giggling and said um.....uh.... our fryer down. Nice. Why yall even get a job and not wanna work? Manager and all need to be fired. Best avoid this place. I figure even if they make your food, they gonna be mad about it and give you some extra liquid in it for ordering there.
I use to love coming to Bojangles for their food, but lately they have very slow and rude customer service. Bojangles use to have great service, never had an issue in the past. They tried to charge us today for the wrong order, for the car in front of us or either behind us and wanted to argue that it was our order when we only ordered 2 breakfast biscuits, nothing else. If that 's not bad enough we had to wait 30 minutes for them to make 2 steak biscuits with egg added, which is the only thing we ordered, just the biscuits. There has been 5 cars behind us who have received their food, about 2 bags per car. We were told to wait in a parking spot, they were waiting on the egg to cook. The customer service has gone down hill bad! Sadly I had to go into the building and ask about my 2 biscuits that we ordered in the drive thru 30 mins ago. The manager said, Oh we just gave them to the wrong car. We didn 't know we had cars pulled to the side waiting. Seriously!! How do you not know you have cars waiting!!?? It only took them 5 seconds to hand me what I ordered 30 minutes ago! I don 't want an apology from the owner, all these horrible reviews about the service at this location should be enough for you to say why do I have about 10-15 people working inside and there are so many screw ups? Fix it or shut it down until you can get better service!
Placed an order in drive thru. Asked to pull over. Noticed I was the third car pulled over Brought wrong order out 25 mins later. I finally went back thru drive they to be told what I paid for wasn’t what I ordered. Could the lady not have just told me that while I was waiting? No as I was explaining that to the manager she was mouthing off inside that she told me that. Ummmm no, I wouldn’t sit there if that was the case. 40 mins later, I got my order. Ridiculous! There’s always an issue with this location.
Just tried to order a chicken sandwich but was told it would be a 20 minute wait… ordered two chicken supremes combos instead and was asked to pull to the side to wait even though there was only a couple of people here. Waited 15 minutes before we gave up and went inside to get our money back. They then gave us our order. When leaving we heard them tell someone in line that her 8pc combo would be a 30 minute wait… how does it take that long to fry something with barely anyone in line for food?!?
They got the order wrong and expected me to put my hands in someone else's food to make it right. I asked for my money back. He took his time, the manager i guess. I might even have been billed twice. Because the receipt says clearly no cash refunds only store credits.
