The raw material is really very good, bio, genuine, at zero km (their production). Appetizer, first, second and wine. In all we have found the ever more rare flavors of time (we all know that today the food of the great distribution often does not taste). You cook and hang in a very simple way, a little like at home: little manipulation, no eccentric chef. Simplicity.
Excellent welcome and excellent food, wisely told and illustrated by the owners. Spectacular the pig's thigh to the myrtle.
I spent a pleasant evening with my family. Typical and genuine products. Friendly and courteous staff, attentive to the needs of the customer. Recommended!
I didn't think these places and these people still existed. The owners welcome you to their place, as at home, they put you at ease and will look after you with all their food. What comes to the table comes all from the territory, all produced in the company, their animals and their crops. Appetizers with salami of the house, meat and salami, nduja meatballs, bruschetta with quail egg, pumpkin flowers in batter, eggplants, green peppers, all delicious. Then, to continue, two tastes of first courses with homemade pasta: ravioli filled with ricotta at km 0 with olive oil and truffle, tagliatelle with ragù and cacioricotta. Delicate and authentic flavors. According to a spectacular veal roast that melted in the mouth, with red sausages Calabrian to the grill. House liquors, final touch with cold cheesecake to the cedar. There are also rooms on site, where you can stay in serenity. The road to arrive is not easy but it is definitely worth exploring this place, far from the chaos of the city, the crowd, and immerse yourself in a serenity, relaxation, to recharge.
Kitchen, bio with abundant courses, from crops and own farms, clearly with semi-fixed menus being homemade cuisine but available at any variation, with a cost of 20 or 30 Euro, almost embarrassing.
