Ambience- Great ! Visited on a recent trip to Agra. This place was quite relaxing.Service- Slow.Food- We ordered momos, malai kofta , daal makhani, naan and it was all good except the food was bland and lack spices. Its not for those who love spicy food.

Excellent service, excellent cuisine and food, great ambience, make up for a very positive and great meal experience at Sauma. We were in a nearby hotel and had just casual walking to dinner considered it a regular restaurant, and certainly not expected to discover a first-class hospitality service and culinary experience here in Agra. A really fine culinary experience at a moderate, inconceivable price, making it great value for money. Each aspect of the restaurant bears witness to the choice of an exotic and deep name of the restaurant (a rare nectar, as known in ancient Indian writings), the font used in the menu, the menu and the kitchen itself, the interiors, the furnishings, lighting, the atmosphere and the ambience that all give the name of the restaurant (which a sophisticated patron cannot miss). The service is another aspect of excellence, which certainly deserves a mention here, the staff is very well trained and deft in participating in a guest with amazing contemplation and hospitality. Besides, the sheer variety of the rich menu brings you surprised that I was fed with an Afghan friend and we were pleasantly surprised to find chess Mewa in the desert section! (traditional Afghan preparation of seven dry fruits in sugar syrup, popular around Navroz offered the new year and spring time)

Great food, amazing service. Can not recommend this place enough. Had the chance to taste both and non veg and they were equally good.
