California needs another Mexican restaurant like another tax on something, but this place really impressed me. First of all the service was unheard-of great! Everyone that walked by our table helped out even if it wasn't their job. No waiting for long periods to get help. Just amazing. The food was just as good. Even the atmosphere and layout of the place was warm and inviting. The kind of place you could make habit of hanging out at a lot. I forgot about the chips and salsa, the best! The chips were great and the salsa wasn't to watery, not to hot and not to chunky. Just perfect.

1st time coming to this restaurant and the last. Did not make it past the appetizer as the experience was ruined due to lack of care or attention. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, making my lunch truly enjoyable. I spent between $10 and $20 per person. The food was excellent, earning a perfect score of 5, along with the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Tierra Quesadilla, Chips and Guacamole, Tostadas, and their Salsa. There's plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot on the premises. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

The service at Plata needs significant improvement. I received a text message saying my order was ready for pick-up, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes. It really defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. While I enjoy Plata and will definitely come back, I have to say that the to-go service is quite poor, and the dine-in experience leaves much to be desired. The food is good—though not exceptional—but I wish I could find a place that offers both tasty food and excellent service. If you know of any nearby establishments that fit that bill, please let me know! I’d love to make it my go-to spot for Mexican cuisine.
