This place is permanently closed. Walked over from the hotel next door, and it is closed and has for lease signs up.

THIS LOCATION IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. It has been closed for months. I tried updating Google weeks ago and apparently it didn’t take, so I thought I would put it in review form.

Typical diner food. It was good food, but the service wasn't very good. Had to flag them down multiple times. I would recommend it as a good breakfast place, but they really need to address the poor quality of service.

On a special morning, I embarked on a 35-mile journey, eagerly anticipating their renowned breakfast. However, upon arrival, I was greeted with the unexpected news that they had ceased operations. Disappointingly, there was no mention of this closure on their website, leaving me uninformed and a bit disheartened.Nevertheless, this twist of fate led me to discover a fantastic alternative nearby named 'Sunrose '. For those reading this review and seeking a new breakfast haven, I highly recommend giving Sunrose a try. Their 'Dutch Baby ' is particularly noteworthy – a culinary delight that shouldn 't be missed. It 's moments like these that remind us of the ever-changing landscape of local eateries and the hidden gems we find along the way.Update: I oberved a recent update from Jinky 's, in the reviews, and it looks like they 're looking for a new spot in Agoura and have another location in The Valley.Happy munching! ?
