Exotic Thai Cafe - Agoura Hills

Great place for meetings! Exotic Thai in Agoura is my favorite place to meet with friends. We love the choice of food and staff. Bonus: even with a large group they will carry out happy separate controls.

After my favorite Thai place shut, I?ve been looking for another to satisfy my Basil Chicken cravings. I found Exotic Thai and was very pleased with my experience! First off, I don?t like ground chicken, so they easily altered the recipe to my taste. The fresh spring rolls include some special green or herb, and are delicious. The peanut sauce is thick and a very generous portion. My spicy chicken was perfectly spicy with fresh chicken pieces. Plenty of sauce and a portion that could feed 2 at $11.00. I recommend Exotic Thai hands down!

I would not order from this restaurant for the rest of my life, and I will more than likely live in Agoura hills for the rest of my life. I ordered a Pad Thai entree with EXTRA shrimp, they gave me 4 pieces of shrimp. I ordered two thai teas and they forgot them. I asked for two extra chili sauce cups or packets, they forgot. They didnt put any utensils or napkins in the bag. Luckily for Exotic Thai restaurant that I had my girlfriend pickup the order instead of me. Also, they were not busy during this time period. I believe that these were too many mistakes in one order and not the service that anybody deserves especially in this area. Bottom line, all these issues stem from poor management and training and should be addressed immediately!

My husband and I were seated, and 5 minutes later 4 people were seated next to us. We ordered only Pad Thai. A few minutes later the other table ordered. about 10 minutes later, they got their appetizers. We asked the same waitress for our order. About 10 minutes later they got their full meal, and we still didn't have our Pad Thai (which usually takes a couple minutes to make. We got up and told the waitress that there was no excuse for the other table to be served 1st, and we left. The waitress had a blank look on her face, with no apology. We won't be going back there again.

Are you crazy? Two shrimps on my shrimp pad Thai? You accused me extra and what you gave me are two shrimps? Get out. That's ridiculous. It's nothing but noodles. Please do a better job...
