Canyon Club - Agoura Hills

I booked Jon B here on a whim for a birthday holiday without reading all reviews. As soon as I read the reviews, I was actually worried that the weekend would be ruined by a bad experience, but here is the bad thing with the good. Bath: Buy your food before you sit. Luckily I saw the food reviews, so we had heavy appetizers in Basta in the same area. I would describe the food (based on other reviews we had the lasagna and the chicken) as if you had a wedding in a small town of midwest event. Or like a Holiday Inn Express. Edible, but not for $30. The service was missing, but everyone is fighting for help so I didn't think too much of it. Sitting in tables was not pleasant except we have no one behind us. Get a round table if you can. Beverages were also extremely expensive for me. The good was the intimate size of the place. Not too big, not too small. Acoustics was great. People dance, everyone enjoys the amazing show that Jon B is doing. Even the front door people were creepy and helped my friend and I have a great photo together.

Another great place! Came as one of the opening acts for Queen Nation last weekend, 5/5. The venue is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lights, tone, bartender, doorman, everyone! Food and drinks are at the top. This place is not loud unless you sit right next to the stacks. If you are sitting near the stage, I would highly recommend investing you in a good pair of earplugs. For bands, loading is sweet and easy, Green room is beautiful and spacious sound check was a breeze. Note: Do not leave your equipment on the floor behind the stage. Load it in your vehicle or place it in your green space. They will find you and ask you to move it unless you are the headliner. Parking behind the club where you invite can fill, so if you leave between loading and show time, you need to park on site until the amount of dinner in the neighboring restaurants dies. Nice club, will definitely be back.

The Canyon Agoura Hills is an actual venue that is quite impressive and well-kept. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, I rated it only 3 stars...

The canyon itself is a nice venue. We purchased tickets to see Herman's Hermits, and they delivered an entertaining performance. We opted for table seating...

I absolutely love this place! The music is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. It's undoubtedly the best venue around. Last night, we had the pleasure of watching Ottmar Liebert perform, and he was incredible. I’ve also seen acts like Berlin, the English Beat, and Lover here.
