This taverna was recommended to us, not too far from where we are staying. We did arrive around 5.30 pm, probably before it gets busy. There were only a few tables taken. We were served promptly. Very limited choices on the menu. Not sure if there is another menu for evening meals. Only 3 stars for food as the overall price for what we had is not worth it. Expensive for the quality. Food overall was fine just not with the price. The view is lovely and the beach is big. Perhaps a better venue for lunch!

The location is just beautiful. Everything looks neat on the outside. The place is great for watching the sunset. The food is simple. The chicken part from the oven in lemon sauce was ok. I got frozen fries for the first time in this restaurant. Premiere after more than 30 years in Crete. The rooms are ok but there is no possibility of making hot water. Fridge available and working.
