Worst mobile pickup experience ever!I thought I would be Covid friendly and order my sandwich while waiting in my car instead of going in and lining up. Trying to keep my social distancing.Well, apparently this subway doesn’t even know what a mobile order is. I waiting until my order said ready to pickup. Then went inside and had to line up with everyone else. Then when I finally get to talk to someone they seems clueless to my mobile order. They then went to the till and printed my order out. It was only then that they started my order！What’s the point to order ahead, then get told to line up, and when I get to the front of the line they only then start my order! Why did it show ready to pickup when they didn’t even start it! I ended up waiting 15 min in the car, another 5 in line and then another 10 min waiting for them to make my food!What a stupid process! These workers should be re-trained or fired. I will never go to this location again!

These people are amazing. Long story short we had to feed 45 Chilliwack football players and support the staff before a great practice. They went out their way to make this a great experience for everyone! Great service from management and personnel. Fresh delicious food. Very recommended!
