Going to eat in the glass tower a few days ago, an experience on its owned hophoe, with preserved from dry-room and authentic elements, and that in a very own time. Enjoying this place can still be written with a capital. No quick-speed down from the dishes, a solid knowledge of what was brought to the table, as for the most exquisite food, which is qualified, and drinks, and was not too much to ask for the scotching, and I've left the most important to be the most surprising of the scotching. We were pleasantly surprised by the original winter menu. As a dish, we chose the Earth's, for the main course, the quarter and the narrow-eating figs with goat cheese. It was a true lust.
