A few days ago, we dined at the restaurant located in the glass tower. It was a memorable experience from the moment we stepped into the elegantly decorated dining room. The ambiance was sophisticated and authentic, creating a unique dining atmosphere. The service was top-notch and our server had a great knowledge of the menu, both in terms of food and drinks. We were impressed by the variety of dishes offered and the accuracy of the food preparation. The tea collection was exceptional, with delightful aroma blends, and my dining companion enjoyed their selection of three different whiskeys. The wine selection was also surprising, with the sommelier doing an excellent job in recommending pairings. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
Going to eat in the glass tower a few days ago, an experience on its owned hophoe, with preserved from dry-room and authentic elements, and that in a very own time. Enjoying this place can still be written with a capital. No quick-speed down from the dishes, a solid knowledge of what was brought to the table, as for the most exquisite food, which is qualified, and drinks, and was not too much to ask for the scotching, and I've left the most important to be the most surprising of the scotching. They'll see us again here!
We were pleasantly surprised by the original winter menu. As a dish, we chose the Earth's, for the main course, the quarter and the narrow-eating figs with goat cheese. It was a true lust.
