Hometown Pizza At Midway - Adrian

I ordered two medium-sized spezialpizzen, one was a deluxe that has everything on it and the other was a chicken grill pizza. I was told that it would take about 45 minutes, the order was delivery. 25 minutes later, two larger than expected pizzas arrived and they were very good one of the best pizzas in the city I would definitely recommend this place not only where they delivered very fast, but the taste was amazing and they also supply beer and wein I would give them 10 stars?

We ordered food from the home town in manitou beach. we did it. great food and great customer service. just what our little town needed forsure! it is great how many options of eating we also need to choose!

Eating was the best until today. I ordered from there what I had eaten last summer, but everything changed. the broth sticks are the greatest disappointment. they are flat. they used to be thick and knotty and so good. now they are like any other mediocre pizza place. my family is cheated!

On 11-6-21 we ordered several pizzas. One of our speciality pizzas was not made properly. It was a taco pizza in which they forgot all the other ingredients besides cheese and refi beans. We called and the person apologized stating they had a new hire and would add a free pizza to our account. I called today to order two pizzas one being that free pizza. The person I spoke with basically said they do not show it on the account and refused to honor the previous promise despite knowing the exact dates, order, the fact they agreed a new person started back then, etc. The manager that was put on the phone was also unprofessional and unwilling to assist in resolving the situation. I do not mind the occasional mess up but not honoring your commitment when you do mess up is a big issue for me. I will not order or stop in the convinces store until they honor there commitment after having this error. I will also be contacting my credit card company to charge back charges from the 11:06 as I never received the correct pizza or replacement

My favorite part is that no matter how many times I order sauce for my bread, and get charged for it, I never get it. Gotta love cheese bread with no sauce……
