Absolutely terrible service and less than desirable standards in operated as well as quality of food. an order of kabeljau with frits placed together with buns and green beans. it was pointed out that the fish was the size of a debit card and the manager explained that they were not mentioned at the order subbing without any mention. I would have accepted this, but the commands were wrong, and a cod sat in the liquid out of the green beans and was so bad that the diligent fell off and separated. this is an absolute failure and a reflection of the terrible management combined with incompetent individual. the cute part was that the coworker who sent food could blow her nose without gloves and could not wash her hands when she further socialized, and they offered me a close of dates banana bread lobe. No thanks!

Food was cold. Needed a hammer and chisel for BLT. Took a hour to get food. If your under staffed then shut half the restaurant down. Let people know. Bad way to run a business. Go across the street they have better breakfast

That hostess ???? grumpy. She seat people like it's a bother. We had to ask for silverware, when we could catch our server. She was nice but never around. The manager brought our food out that took longer than usual. My kids chicken was over cooked. My gravy had a layer of skin like it was sitting under a lamp for a long time. Staff is going to run off the business with poor service and poorly cooked food. Probably done with Bob's at least the Adrian Michigan location.

Ordered online. Food was not right. Child's meal was missing meat. Doordash driver sat in the parking lot of Bdubs for 15 MINUTES after picking up my food and delivered another order before bringing mine. Food was ice cold. Of course if you order from bobevans.com then doordash will do nothing about this because it wasn't ordered through their app. Last time I will order food from here. Quality has seriously gone downhill over last 6 months.
