We have previously taken advantage of the Monday special numerous times, which was a whole pie for $13. The last time we ordered, we verified that the special was still ongoing, and we were informed that it was. When I went in to pay and pick up our order, I was given a higher total. I inquired about the price as it was not the price of the normal Monday special. They informed me that the special had changed. I informed them that I verified the special prior to ordering, and they were not honoring what I was on the phone. I was charged $49 for what should have cost $26. The pizza there is definitely not worth $49. I will never order from Biggies again.

The food was good, the service excellent and friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant. So much so that it took quite a while to get our food. So if you're looking for good dining but not in a hurry, great place to go

Employees should be nicer. You’re supposed to be providing fast and kind service. That’s not at all what I saw here tonight. Will never go back.
