Sir Cafe - Adelaide

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic, located at the top of Round Street. I would give it 5 stars for service and 5 stars for location. The taste of the crepes was amazing, but we felt that $14.95 for one crepe was a bit expensive. Two crepes at this price would be more reasonable.

We came for dessert after dinner when a friend recommended the desserts. The atmosphere was trendy and chic with chandeliers and color-changing tables. The clientele seemed to be a mix of Australians and Asians. The menu was intriguing, featuring items like durian, a spicy Asian fruit. We tried the cream brûlée, crepe, lava cake, and toast desserts. While the desserts on other tables looked tempting, the ones we ordered did not live up to their appearance. The cookies were chewy and the waffles were hard. The ice creams were creamy but lacked flavor. One positive note was that they were not overly sweet. However, the mochas we ordered were overly sweet. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

During a recent visit with a friend to this restaurant, we were disappointed to discover that the portion size of the choconana honey toast had been halved since our last visit. At $13.90, this dessert is now quite expensive. The customer service was lacking, with the employee who took our order appearing uninterested. When we requested an additional plate, we were informed that none were available, despite there being only four other customers in the café. The service was also very slow, taking nearly 30 minutes. While the toast itself was fine, the poor customer service and smaller portions have deterred us from returning in the future.

I had chocolate bananenhonig toast! it was smaller than before! they can check their previous photo. Of course, smaller and green tee lava cake was baked! they must change their coffee bean and machine. her coffee is really bad!

It is located at Rundle St and easy to find. We ordered waffles and it was nice and warm. The environment was quiet and the sofas were big and comfy. Prices were reasonable and I was satisfied generally, it might be better to play some...music.
