Monica's Pizza Takeaway - Adelaide

I tried Monica's pizzas for the first time recently, and I have to say, they are the best-tasting pizzas in the area. I had a few pizzas delivered and they were absolutely delicious. I have heard from some friends who also love this pizza shop. Even if I were to give it a perfect 10/10 review, I would still say it is the best pizza I have ever had.

The customer service is poor and the phone is terrible. The pizzas are greasy and full of oil. I witnessed a worker crying and insulting another employee in front of customers on multiple occasions. Overall, it was an unpleasant and negative experience.

I used to be a regular customer at Monica's in Blakes Crossing for pizza, but after experiencing poor customer service today, I will not be returning. I ordered a garlic and BBQ chicken pizza, but when I got home, I received a garlic pizza and a pepperoni pizza instead. They offered to deliver the correct pizza in 45 minutes or I could come back and collect it myself. When I returned to the restaurant, the girl at the counter barely apologized and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. I had to wait for them to cook the correct pizza without any offer of compensation like a free drink or a replacement for the cold one. This experience left me disappointed and unsatisfied.

Good pizzas but wanted to charge us $45 for 2 large pizzas for delivery when we are only down the road. Bit pricey for what it's worth......

I'm sorry, but her pizzaty was raw. the cheeze covered everything and the paprika, sink, bewildered were all raw underneath. very disappointing pizza. the garlic bread was worse. it was just chewing old brot. hard to even disguise. the dog liked it. raw ingredients always occur when they make a pizza like this. bee should always be placed on the floor and only a very easy to sprinkle on the top.
