McDonald's - Adelaide

This restaurant is hopeless. today flowed through the tram service and ordered a burger without a cheese and a grilled chicken sluice without aioli. I picked up my order and then had to work to find the burger had cheese and the package had crooked chicken and aoli.

Yes I will check mcdonald’s because I fight to find something decent to eat this street and so far maccas is the best. yes, I said it. good work today youngs, meet and miss sometimes, but they have done well today!

My first visit to adelaide and my first visit to mcdonalds in this city. my friend ordered a burger then went and sat down. I ordered a burger, mcflurry and a dietary coke. when my order was called, I rose up and took the drink, a burger and my mcflurry. I sat and ate my mcflurry when I spoke to my friend. after one she realized that she had not received her order yet, so she went to the counter to ask about it. she came back a few seconds later and said that the girl behind the counter said I took her burger. Sunday morning I took two friends to the airport and dropped in here to pick up a quick breakfast. Or so we thought. Waited at the counter for over eight minutes while the one server ignored all in-store customers while only working the drive through. Three groups left. We turned to the automated order system after the wait. took forever to get the food. This is when I noticed the parking ticket notice at the counter. Yep you guessed it $66 parking ticket because of the **** service. Coffee was like dishwater. Tables sticky with coke syrup. Disgusting! Will never go back.

The restaurant was filthy, trash everywhere, over the tables & most of the floor from about 11pm and all through the night (I should know, I used to go regularly but never again). Early hours of Sat & Sun mornings are the worst but during the week can be bad too. Not enough staff is the problem.....and they just don't care. Customer service is non existent, extremely slow. And they don't care about the café food they have to make either eg they refuse to butter the bread for sandwiches and make your coffee first and then make you wait ages for a toasted sandwich by which time your coffee is really cold. AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING IN THEIR CAR PARK !!!Please do yourself a favour and just don't go there. Hungry Jacks is just a short distance away on West Tce and is extremely clean & tidy with great staff & old fashioned service. The prices are cheaper too and they will do anything to please you !
