So slow, waited for 10 mins got the order wrong, when I called to speak to manager had some lady tell me she was the manager but wouldn’t share her name, she was kinda rude as.

Ordered a chocolate shake on uber eats and received a coke? what? if you cant get the order right then send a message or refund the order.

I’ve never had any issues with HJ’s on Port Road and I’ve been going there about once every two months for more than two decades of my life.

Order taker stuffed up drive through order burger and drink, then made new burger quickly so was half cooked so had to go back into store to get it done done properly and manager couldn't have given less of a stuff! Barely an apology an no offer to refund my money or otherwise compensate me for the stuff you and my time wasted.

Got it wrong the first time (no cheese in the juniors) took it back and they re-made it. Tasted pretty good. Fries a bit dry though.
