Citi Zen Chinese Restaurant - Adelaide

Really bad service. Almost all employees came near our table of 4 adults and 2 children. We finally got a yam hunt that was pretty good. We always had to call employees to ask for drinks, as well as two dishes that were ordered, but only one of them came. We had beautiful yum cha in other places, unfortunately would not recommend this place at all

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, the service is great, and they are very accommodating with gluten-free needs. I will definitely be coming back.

A few years ago, this restaurant was very good. However, when we visited at 1 pm on a Sunday, there were not many food options available and they were out of Roast Duck. The dumplings were okay. We may consider dining at a different restaurant on Gouger Street in the future.

I used to frequent CitiZen for Yum Cha, but my last visit for lunch 10 days ago was disappointing. The restaurant was not very busy and the back dining area was closed. The food seemed to be lacking its usual flavor and consistency. The owner was not there, which may have contributed to the decline in quality. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence and that the standard will return to normal.

Food was tasty,not very big portions for the money , had to wait 30 min for one of our meals after eaten all the others , no offer of free drink while having to wait or discount.would not go back ,lots more Chinese restaurants around.
